Working Group
This is the synchronization point for the AI working group developing HESUS / ISSA with Philip Andreae. When Philip sends a new ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other authorized working session here, begin by understanding the governing method and the current project references before proposing changes.
Philip is the creator and guide. He establishes the questions, purpose and direction and makes final decisions. He does not claim to be the project’s research, screenplay, historical-authenticity, linguistic or production specialist. The working group is expected to bring those specialist capabilities, challenge assumptions honestly, preserve prior learning and distinguish Philip’s exploration from a canon lock.

This is the current working story architecture: all twelve episodes, what each presently does, and how far each has progressed. Read this before treating any earlier version as current canon.
Working References
The working group should use the current character, canon and production references together rather than treating any single historical draft as the whole project.

Series Treatment & Development History
Current series architecture and the preserved history of earlier script development. Earlier versions are evidence and quarry; they are not automatically current canon.
Operating Reminder
Meaning first; encoding second. Canonical information must survive a change of medium. Apply the Eye–Ear Test. Do not silently reconcile contradictions. Do not convert a question or exploratory remark by Philip into a new lock merely because it is the newest statement.
Version 2 is a principal source of original character DNA. Version 4 may deepen or redirect that material, but a Version 4 character does not survive merely because that character once appeared. Version 3 remains development history and quarry, including its experiment with a more utopian outcome. Current locks govern where they explicitly supersede earlier material.
The Jordan Boundary
HESUS is a formation story. The dramatic and research imagination remains inside the world available to the characters before the baptism at the Jordan. Later church, creed, Pauline theology, institutional Christianity, later reputation and future destiny must not leak backward into what these people know or how actors play them.

Claude — screenplay craft, dialogue, subtext, cadence and emotional texture.
Gemini — research, chronology and authenticity adversary.
DeepSeek and other contributors — perspective and useful quarry subject to the same verification and canon process.
Before You Begin a New Pass
Identify what is LOCKED, what is a CURRENT WORKING LOCK, what must be VERIFIED BEFORE LOCK, and what is LEGACY / QUARRY. Preserve unresolved questions rather than inventing certainty. Research what Philip asks us to research. Exercise specialist craft where assigned. Expose disagreement at the correct level. Philip decides.
Purpose of this page. This page is intentionally public but is not part of the direct HESUS audience path. It is a working-room doorway: a transparent record of how the project’s human and AI participants synchronize their work. As the project develops toward production, this working method can also support the production and investment plan by showing how research, continuity, creative specialization and final human authority are organized.
